Kitchenette has Fridge, Microwave and is equipped with pots, pans , dishes and more. . TV/Cable/High-speed internet Attitude of this Studio is combined with a warm and inviting tone that will make you want to return year after year.

Phone Service - Local calls only - bring your calling card for long distance.  Cell phone service is not dependable.

Booking Policies:
A $30 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of either $150.00 or $200.00 (depends on the property),is due within 2 weeks of booking, unless arrival date is within 7 days, then payment in full is due at booking. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 10%, if less then 30 days. Over 30 days no tax, and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

 

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation fee is $100.00. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
